H&H inc. Ltd.

H&H Inc is building an offshore IT development team to serve UK corporate clients; develop products and services for new ventures that their owners and founders are involved with.
Their initial aim is to build a team of 6 to 10 people who will focus on web development.  As the business grows company plans to expand the team appropriately. Company expects to have a team of 30 to 40 employees within three years.
A secondary aim is to provide IT resources to develop their own businesses: they have business ideas that they want to develop and bring to market as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
Their key goals are to:

  1. Establish a team of intelligent, productive and loyal individuals.
  2. Be cash-flow break-even within 12 months.
  3. Develop individuals within the team so they provide world-class services and professionalism.
  4. Grow the pipeline of work to provide ongoing financial stability.

H&H, few months after registration has three workers and eight coworkers that work part time or they are students that are finishing faculty.
